Selling vs. Renting or Maybe Both. 
Over the years I have found many home owners and investor that have been in a situation that they would like to sell their property.  If for whatever reason the property does not sell within a certain time frame.  They may need to look at the option of renting or re-renting the property to generate income in the form of rents.
One of the benefits of listing your property with me is knowing you have one agent that has over 20+ years experience and is knowledgeable in both selling and renting single family homes and condo's.  Now you have the option of being able to have agreements for both selling and renting your property with the same agent and company.  No more having to switch agents and possible Real Estate companies to accomplish your goal.  The good part is that should your property sell prior to renting then the renting agreements is canceled and we concentrate on the selling your property and just the opposite should the property rent first then the listing agreement for sale is canceled. 
I have had many satisfied customers over the years that have allowed me not only to do property management for them.  But when the time came also allowed me to sell their property.  Likewise there have been homes that I have tried to sell that the owners have decided to switched to property management.
